There are many fresh fish lined up, and just looking at them makes me excited. I was very happy to be able to enjoy not only sashimi but also wagyu sashimi. The seasonal ingredients are abundant, and it's fun to encounter different menus each time I visit. Everything I ordered was carefully plated and looked beautiful. The owner and staff are cheerful, making it easy to spend time there even alone. When I ordered shochu on the rocks, they poured a generous amount, and I ended up staying longer than I intended.
