We take pride in our dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Our handmade fried foods, such as chicken nanban and fried oysters, are particularly popular. The sweet sashimi soy sauce from Kyushu pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, and we also recommend finishing with Goto udon. Additionally, our simmered anago and basashi are exquisite, captivating visitors.
