I entered a shop that I had been curious about while passing by. The interior has an atmosphere that promotes a baseball team, and it's fun. The soy sauce ramen has a light, traditional broth, and the texture of the curly noodles is pleasant. The rolled chashu is tender, and the combination of bean sprouts and green onions is also good. The grilled gyoza is well-seasoned, and the crispy edges are satisfying. There are also stall-style seating and preparations for shumai and dan dan noodles, which is a bit exciting.
