When you enter the store, CDs and bread are lined up, creating a somewhat interesting atmosphere. When you order handmade soba in the eat-in space at the back, slender noodles with a rising aroma appear. The dipping sauce is slightly on the stronger side, and when you soak the noodles well, the firmness stands out and is excellent. The seasonal vegetable dish served in a small bowl has a gentle flavor and pairs perfectly with the soba. There are also keema curry and homemade bread available, adding to the fun of transitioning between Japanese and Western cuisine. As I was leaving, the staff cheerfully greeted me, warming my heart.
