As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a smile, and it feels comfortable. The handmade soba has a wonderful aroma, and the flavor expands the more you chew. The curry soba topped with an egg is well-spiced, and you can really feel the presence of the soba. The deliciousness of the broth is also impressive, and adding a little shichimi (seven spice) makes the flavor spread pleasantly. Not only soba but also soup curry is available, making it fun to choose. I heard they are particular about using local buckwheat flour and vegetables, and you can sense their careful craftsmanship.
