At a yakiniku restaurant in Mishima, I was quickly guided to my seat and was able to start comfortably. The salted tongue was of just the right thickness and tender, with no strong flavor, which made me very satisfied. The plum shiso tongue was fun to eat after grilling and wrapping it in perilla leaves, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The sides like kimchi, cubed radish, and jade salad had a homemade feel and were irresistible. They also have a variety of dishes like yukhoe, beef tripe, and offal, and you can thoroughly enjoy items like chijimi and cold noodles. The interior is clean, and there are counter seats, making it convenient to use.
