There is a live fish tank, and the fish is very fresh, with the nigiri being particularly delicious. The salmon roe and sea urchin have no odor, are sweet and rich, making them perfect for the finishing touch. The freshly fried tempura and the sushi set with eight pieces also provide a sense of satisfaction. The simmered dishes are infused with broth, enhancing the umami flavor. The interior has a calm atmosphere typical of a sushi restaurant, and it feels nice in the evening as well. There is also a selection of rare shochu, and you can leisurely enjoy creative dishes and kaiseki.
