You can enjoy Japanese cuisine that makes the most of seasonal ingredients. The limited Matsukado bento includes sashimi, tempura, simmered dishes, salad, chawanmushi, and small side dishes, which is exciting. There are also rare fish in the sashimi, expanding the joy of eating. It's delightful to taste firefly squid and shishamo in the tempura, adding an element of surprise. The miso soup with fish bones is full of flavor, and the chawanmushi is satisfying with its substantial ingredients. The finishing pudding is very creamy, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
