As soon as you enter the restaurant, water and paper towels are delivered, and the thoughtfulness is appreciated. The tanmen has a milky white salt broth mixed with a savory flavor, and the umami is distinctly felt. The thin, curly noodles have a perfect firmness, making them easy to slurp and enjoyable in texture. There is a generous amount of stir-fried pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, and a variety of colorful vegetables, so you can find plenty of ingredients no matter where you eat. The table is equipped with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and pepper, allowing you to adjust the flavor to your liking, which is also appealing. With the bright sound of the television and warm service, it was a place where you could relax and unwind even after the meal.
