The curry soba has a thick broth that blends well with the noodles, and the combination of meat and green onions is just right. The broth has a flavor that makes you want to drink it until the end, providing a sense of satisfaction. The mori soba goes down smoothly, allowing for a pleasant eating experience. The katsudon looks beautiful, and enjoying it with soba enhances the feeling of happiness. The homemade pickles and miso-based stews are also delicious, allowing for a relaxed time.
