Iwate beef sukiyaki (5000 yen), Shirokane pork shabu-shabu (4000 yen), Sanriku local chicken hot pot (3000 yen)
Supervised by Michelin three-star chef Hiroyuki Kanda. Sukiyaki: Plenty of 'black beef' with tomatoes and local vegetables. The dipping egg is made fluffy with meringue. Shabu-shabu: Plenty of platinum pork with leeks and lettuce. A new way of eating. Local chicken hot pot: Light and tender-textured local chicken hot pot. With plump tsukune and hittsumi. Fresh salad jelly dressing, local chicken chawanmushi, rice cooked in a pot, dessert.
