In a calm interior with the warmth of wood, you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The vegetables are very fragrant, and you can feel their freshness. It's delightful to choose from daily specials, and the flavors are intricate. The pork shabu-shabu pairs well with a mountain of green onions and the dipping broth, and comparing the belly and loin cuts is a joy. The sukiyaki features an interesting sauce with tomatoes and a fluffy egg dip, and I was captivated all the way to the last black udon. The crispy rice from the pot is also fragrant, and the staff's warm hospitality made for a pleasant experience.

Supervised by Michelin three-star chef Hiroyuki Kanda. Sukiyaki: Plenty of 'black beef' with tomatoes and local vegetables. The dipping egg is made fluffy with meringue. Shabu-shabu: Plenty of platinum pork with leeks and lettuce. A new way of eating. Local chicken hot pot: Light and tender-textured local chicken hot pot. With plump tsukune and hittsumi. Fresh salad jelly dressing, local chicken chawanmushi, rice cooked in a pot, dessert.
