Here, you can enjoy grilling the meat you selected from the neighboring butcher shop as it is. Of course, the Hida beef and Wagyu are impressive, but I was also amazed by the freshness and quality of the pork, chicken, and sausages. When you take your seat, everything is prepared for starting the fire, and it's nice that a platter of vegetables comes with it. The table is equipped with tools and basic seasonings, and you can choose from a variety of sauces at the sales area. You can also enjoy changing the flavors with wasabi stems, grated ponzu, and spices. You can buy freshly cooked rice, drinks, draft beer, fried foods, and beef skewers nearby, so you can have a comfortable experience even without bringing anything.
