When I parked my car in the parking lot and entered the store, I felt a sense of calm in the atmosphere. The croquettes, which are fried after ordering, have a thin crust that puffs up gently, and the aroma of curry spreads softly. The sweetness of the potatoes is distinctly felt, and they are flavorful enough on their own, so no sauce is needed. The soba noodles are pale and thin, and when slurped, their flavor wafts through the nose, pairing perfectly with the dipping sauce. The tempura is also freshly fried and crispy, and eating it together with the noodles adds to the satisfaction. The friendly staff's service was pleasant, and I felt that it was a nostalgic, homey kind of place.
