I stopped by hoping to try the mackerel sushi, and it was even more delicious than I expected. The marinated mackerel has a firm texture and is thickly sliced, making it very satisfying to eat. The acidity is mild, and the umami of the Goto mackerel comes through clearly. It comes with a small packet of soy sauce and pickled ginger, and adding a bit of wasabi enhances the flavor even more. It's pre-sliced, so it's easy to eat right away. It's popular and can sell out, so if you find it, don't hesitate to grab it; I was very satisfied.
