It has a traditional, calm atmosphere and feels loved by the locals. The thick noodles have a firm texture that becomes more enjoyable with each bite, providing a pleasant experience until the end. The presentation, with small bundles arranged on a round bamboo sieve, is beautiful and captivating. Each bundle is substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. The dipping sauce is refreshing and aromatic, pairing well with the noodles. The vegetable tempura is plentiful, and it's nice that the dipping sauce is served separately.
