The calm atmosphere of the Japanese style is interesting, with an entrance that resembles a bridge. The thinly cut soba is elegant and pairs well with the dipping sauce. The aroma of the dashi is strong, and the sweetness is just right. The tempura is freshly fried with a good texture, and when placed on cold soba and drizzled with the dipping sauce, it is excellent. The curry nanban features a thick sauce combined with white leeks and tender chicken, creating a delightful aroma that makes it hard to put down the chopsticks. There is also soba-yu (the hot water used to cook the soba), allowing for a pleasant experience until the very end.
