In a small shop, the couple greets you with a smile, making you feel at ease the moment you enter. The unique style of setting up a dedicated iron plate on a portable gas stove allows you to grill meat with excitement. Grilling offal in the center while slowly cooking vegetables in the surrounding grooves infuses the vegetables with delicious flavors, making them incredibly tasty. The harami and tongue have a firm texture, and with each bite, the meat juices spread, bringing happiness. During the grilling, the staff kindly cleans the iron plate and serves seaweed and tofu as a complimentary treat, which is very considerate. While enjoying the aroma and smoke, putting on an apron and getting absorbed in grilling makes for such a fulfilling yakiniku experience that you forget about the time limit.
