When you order the chef's special set meal, you can choose between meat or fish for the main dish, which adds to the excitement. I chose chili chicken, and the small dishes included steamed vegetables and miso eggplant, making the dining table vibrant. The vegetable tempura with sweet potatoes and pumpkin was moist, and each sweetness stood out. When I tasted the beef stew, I was surprised by the pleasant harmony of subtle acidity and deep richness. The miso soup with fish stock and the beef and potato stew were homely, making me instinctively pick up my chopsticks. Each dish felt like it had been prepared with care, and it was a satisfying experience that felt casual yet fulfilling.
