This time, we had the special Hiroshima-yaki topped with shrimp, bacon, and squid tempura, and yaki udon noodles. The special Hiroshima-yaki topped with two eggs and more pork was quite a satisfying dish, with a spherical shape wrapped in a beautiful egg, and the aroma of burning sauce whetted our appetite. The yakiudon noodles, seasoned with okonomi-style sauce and cut into short, easy-to-eat pieces, were also delicious, combining the texture of cabbage and bean sprouts with the flavor of the sweet and spicy sauce. Please visit this popular long-established restaurant where you can enjoy Hiroshima-yaki in a tatami room or at the counter in front of the teppan (iron plate).
