Adult excursion🚃Wakayama ✨ Always dreamed of a gourmet excursion🍴🚶💨. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enter a space of gastronomy ✨. Enjoy beautiful and powerful French cuisine while experiencing the delicacies of Wakayama's unique local ingredients along with the seasons 💕 We chatted all the way there and back 🎵. Since its opening in 2005, the restaurant has developed into one of the best gastronomic spaces in the Kansai region, based on the concept of terroir cuisine in Wakayama, a city overflowing with nature. Chef Teshima, who is currently in charge of the kitchen, has many fans from outside of Wakayama Prefecture for his classic French cuisine, which is rare nowadays, and the restaurant has become one of the sacred places for gourmets.

Roasted Kumano Beef Chef Junya Teshima of Hôtel de Yoshino serves French cuisine composed of Wakayama ingredients and French ingredients in Wakayama. I had no idea that rock oysters could be found in Yuasa, Wakayama, or that Kumano beef existed, but both were delicious. It was a wonderful lunch, and we were able to hear about Chef Teshima's cooking philosophy.
