The shop in the city has a spacious interior where you can relax comfortably. The walls are lined with colored paper, creating a fun atmosphere. The soba is Tomikura soba, made with Ooyama bokuchi, which has a strong aroma and firm texture. Adding a little seasoning to the dipping sauce enhances the flavor of the soba with the aroma of dashi and soy sauce. The tempura of Yamabiko shimeji mushrooms is large and has a crisp texture with rich umami. The lightly pickled Nozawana and bamboo sushi have a simple taste, providing a comforting experience when enjoyed with soba tea.
