Atami The restaurant at the luxury resort hotel "Sekai-e" in Atami offers Japanese cuisine or teppanyaki, but I chose the teppanyaki, which I had heard particularly good reviews about. In a space that feels like a private room separated for each customer, we were served by a female chef. September Menu ◇Appetizer ・Fried Matsutake Mushroom with Tartar Sauce ・Mushroom and Chestnut Terrine with Clams, Almonds, and Kale ◇Flavor Plate ・Brittany Lamb with Artichoke and Mustard ◇Soup ・Ginkgo and Mushroom Soup with Chrysanthemum ◇Seasonal Vegetables ・French Foie Gras with Black Fig and Band Ebi ◇Palate Cleanser Handmade Soba Noodles ◇Charcoal Grilled ・Charcoal Grilled Pork with Sweet Potato and Sweet Long Shishito Peppers ◇Wagyu ・Wagyu Fillet with Kiyama Wasabi and Soy Sauce ◇Meal (choose from 3 options) ・Special Boxed Curry ◇Dessert ・Fourme d'Ambert Cheese with Grapes and Marsala Wine Enjoyed the course with a pairing of three types of wine. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Next time I visit Sekai-e, I would like to choose the teppanyaki.

[Atami] Breakfast at the teppanyaki restaurant inside Atami Sekai-e. When staying, there is a system where you can have breakfast at the restaurant where you chose dinner the previous evening. Since breakfast can be chosen until 10 AM, it was very helpful for those who are not morning people and prefer a leisurely stay. The ingredients from Atami are fresh and delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day.
