I thought a beer under the blue autumn sky must be exceptional, so I ordered the Hinoki Barley Foam. I have tasted whiskey with the aroma of oak barrels, and this beer had a similar atmosphere. It was refreshing and fresh, and left me feeling tipsy. The five different beers in the set were also enjoyable, with each beer having a different flavor, and the Lemon Biiki White was easy to drink with a refreshing lemon tartness. The Lemon Biiki White was refreshing and easy to drink with the tartness of lemon. The Cypress Stout was a rich stout with a strong flavor of deep roasted barley, and the fish and chips we ordered with the beer was very tasty.
