This is a calm shop located on the first floor of a condominium in a back alley a short walk from Musashi-Koyama Station. The menu mainly features the famous northern Thai curry ramen "Khao Soi," with several varieties including beef tendon and shrimp available. The rich soup is layered with crispy fried noodles and thin rice noodles, and the fragrant spices and coconut flavor spread throughout the mouth. Adding the side dishes of red onions and pickled takana enhances the acidity and saltiness, deepening the flavor and making it enjoyable. The owner's attentive and friendly service is also impressive, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I think this is the perfect place for those looking to casually enjoy authentic Thai curry ramen.
