The bright greeting lifts my spirits. The battera has a gentle balance of vinegar, and the flavor of the local mackerel is distinctly enjoyable, making it the best. The sashimi of local fish is fresh, and the grilled skin has a wonderful aroma that is irresistible. The tempura of the sandfish is light and crispy, conveying the goodness of being freshly fried. The shrimp paste and sakura shrimp tempura, as well as the fried chicken, are all made with care, and I can't stop eating any of them. The simmered dishes are elegantly prepared, and I'm happy that I can eat them without worrying about the bones.
