I was impressed by the beauty of the garden and the wonderful taste of the matcha green tea and tea sweets. Enjoying a cup of tea amidst the autumn leaves made me feel the depth of the experience. The Obuse grailed geese were elegantly sweet and went wonderfully with the matcha. I was also amazed at the excellent maintenance of the garden. Denjiro Okochi's Tange Sazen garden offers such a scenic view that it was awarded a star in the Michelin Green Guide. It was a wonderful experience.
