At a long-established winery in Katsunuma, the bottles are neatly arranged in the store, which is exciting. You can choose from the refrigerated cases for tasting, and it's very enjoyable to search for your preferred flavors. There is a wide range from sweet to dry, and the differences in aroma and aftertaste are clearly conveyed. The 'Koshu wine' without added preservatives has a refreshing impression and pairs well with food. The cup-type Koshu is also light and has a good balance of acidity, making it easy to drink. The orange wine 'Curious OR 2023' is well-rounded and has a flavor that makes you want to have it at home.
