Ontake Hisai

Ontake Hisai is an authentic soba restaurant located in Hisai, Mie Prefecture, with additional locations in Iga and Matsusaka. The interior is spacious, offering a variety of seating options from tatami rooms to counter seats. The soba, made from carefully selected Shinshu buckwheat flour by the owner, can be chosen in either 2:8 or 10:0 ratios, allowing you to enjoy its smooth texture and the natural aroma of the soba. The tempura, in particular, has a crispy batter that pairs perfectly with the rich soba dipping sauce.
