The first horumon udon I had at Rikisaku was also highly rated. The hormone was mixed and hearty, with a rich soy sauce sauce flavor. The whole dish is fresh and generous in volume. When the udon is baked with the broth poured over it, it becomes a savory, charred yakiudon. The hormone and udon are mixed together, and you can enjoy the two types of sauce in the small bowl at hand in the amount of your choice. Rikisaku's Hormone Yaki Udon is highly recommended for hormone lovers.
