This is a shop located at a roadside station near Hanayama Lake. The grated yam is very sticky and has an authentic flavor. You can enjoy soba with dipping sauce, which provides a sense of satisfaction. The handmade soba has a firm texture and a substantial mouthfeel. The iwana (char) is also delicious, and the fried grated yam coated with vegetables is addictive. The all-you-can-eat soba and the option to substitute mini soba for udon are also appreciated.
