Upon entering the shop, I was warmly welcomed by staff in kimono, which made me feel cozy right from the start. The interior, designed in the sukiya style, features a flowing stream, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of visiting a samurai residence in Kyoto. The appetizers included seasonal dishes like fried eggplant and pickled jellyfish with plum, beautifully presented with vibrant colors. The sashimi of tuna and flounder was incredibly fresh, and the moment it touched my mouth, the scent of the sea gently spread. The Miyazaki beef loin was astonishingly tender, pairing perfectly with the red wine sauce. Each dish was served at the best timing, allowing me to enjoy the deliciousness calmly all the way to the final dessert.
