[Okinawa] The casual all-day dining at The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa. During dinner, you can enjoy your meal while listening to the beautiful sounds of the traditional Ryukyu instrument, sanshin. Sukiyaki Course ◇ Appetizer Mashed taro, seasonal fried vegetables, and gurukun ◇ Sashimi Freshly sliced bonito, sea grapes, and seasonal vegetables ◇ Sukiyaki 140g of Okinawa-produced wagyu sirloin, grilled island tofu, and assorted sukiyaki vegetables ◇ White rice or Okinawa soba noodles ◇ Dessert The pieces of meat in the sukiyaki were large and very filling, so I couldn't finish the second half of the course. Cry The staff's service was exceptional, and I was able to spend a relaxing time.
