Kadoya is a noodle diner with a Showa-era atmosphere, and we loved its flavor. The owner and his wife tell us many stories, and there is a homey atmosphere. In particular, the meat-age curry udon, characterized by the richness and tenderness of the curry broth, is sweet and soft in texture, and the beef and agee ingredients are plentiful and satisfying. We look forward to returning to this new restaurant. Kadoya is a favorite of the community, and the Keiran Udon with chicken and eggs is also highly recommended. The richness of the ankake dashi broth and the fluffy egg mixture are exquisite, and the soft, thin udon noodles are also excellent. The soft and thin udon noodles are also excellent. The taste is further enhanced by sprinkling many kinds of shichimi (seven spices) on the udon noodles.
