Sushi Restaurant Beloved by Locals We went to a neighborhood sushi restaurant that has been run by a couple for a long time. The place is crowded with locals. The appetizer is my favorite raw kurage. The texture and the refreshing ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) make it a great appetizer for the drinker. The soft-boiled abalone and the sashimi are also unquestionably delicious. The fresh fish is as good as at Tsukiji. The shiso seed has a nice aroma and makes both food and sake more enjoyable. On this day, we were served a back-of-the-house menu item, a gunkan with nodoguro and shiroebi. The nodoguro was fatty and lightly seared to give it a savory flavor. I told them I love shrimp, They served it to us and it was so sweet! Of course I love elegant sushi in the heart of the city, I love elegant sushi in the heart of the city, but I love warm restaurants like this one. The chutoro (medium fatty tuna) was agonizingly delicious. The taste of the fish was directly conveyed to me, regardless of the price or atmosphere.
