This is a highly satisfying course using seasonal ingredients. It includes HOTAKU's signature seasonal shish-kebabs, 14 pork, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)! Freshly cooked kamameshi rice is also popular.
This course consists of a menu for women. It includes HOTTAKU's signature glamorous shish-kebabs, pasta, and even truffle steamed egg custard! The pasta can be changed to kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot).
