As a long-established catering company with over a hundred years of history, the presentation is vibrant and exciting just to see on the table. The Kyoto-style bento is packed with fresh sashimi and gently flavored simmered dishes, giving a sense of elegance typical of Kyoto. The colorful sushi is abundant with ingredients like conger eel, eel, and shrimp, perfectly complementing the fluffy vinegared rice. The warm thin udon noodles have a rich dashi flavor, providing a comforting taste. It's delightful to enjoy freshly fried tempura and tekka maki together, allowing for a variety of flavors to be savored little by little. Although the seating is limited, the staff's attentiveness is thorough, making it so comfortable that I ended up staying longer than planned.
