The interior is decorated in a way that reflects Okinawa, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable experience. The first dish I had, the tuna salt yukke bowl, featured a light homemade sauce that soaked into the fresh tuna, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. The signature mozuku somen had a smooth texture that allowed me to fully appreciate the umami of the mozuku, which was truly impressive. Classic dishes like goya champuru and rafute were each carefully prepared, conveying the flavors of the ingredients well. The fried dishes, such as fried jimami tofu and mozuku tempura, also had a delightful chewy and crispy texture. The friendly service from the staff was pleasant, and even as a tourist, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the flavors of Okinawa.
