The interior is more spacious than I imagined, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. Even during lunchtime, the two staff members in the kitchen and dining area manage everything with a calm atmosphere, which is impressive. The shrimp tempura rice bowl I had this time had a crispy batter while the inside was fluffy, and the sweetness of the shrimp came through beautifully. The side dishes, including pickles and a salad of radish and carrot, as well as the miso soup with seaweed, were all carefully prepared, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The pickled cucumber was particularly to my liking, with just the right amount of fermentation that made me want to ask for a second helping. The wait time for the food was short, and the portions were generous, leaving both my stomach and heart completely satisfied.
