In a calm interior centered around the counter, it's enjoyable to look at the menu on the blackboard. The sashimi is all fresh, with a pleasant texture and a clean aftertaste. The live octopus has a nice chewiness, and the more you bite into it, the more flavor spreads. The tempura of sea eel and butterbur has a light batter that enhances the aroma of the ingredients. The fried sardines have a perfect combination of perilla leaves and plum, with a light texture on the outside. They pair well with draft beer, highballs, and sweet potato shochu, allowing you to relax in a warm atmosphere.
