But the sea urchin and salmon roe were the best! Maybe it's because I'm getting older, but I feel the adult taste is delicious! This restaurant we went to this time which calls itself "orthodox Edomae Sushi". with expert techniques and delicate preparation. and fresh, seasonal ingredients. A restaurant where you can enjoy sushi based on the orthodox Edo-mae-zushi style Sushi with rice that is just warm enough to be served on the human skin, such as pickled tuna, yellowfin tuna, conger eel, kombu-majime, and boiled clams The taste of fresh, seasonal ingredients, infused with expert skill and delicate preparation, is the charm of this restaurant. Also, the daily specials, delicacies, tempura, grilled dishes, and many other side dishes are abundant and varied 😊. The sake lineup changes every three months, and they have a selection of sake that goes well with the fish 🍻.
