Feel the scent of Tosa @ Yokozutsumi | Happy to eat delicious food! I came to the Aeon Mall for the New Year sale! I don't have anything I'm after, but I hope I can find something good~! Aeon Mall Tsurumi-ryokuchi where I haven't been in a while I looked around, but didn't buy anything... We are going to the super public bath after this, so we had a quick meal in the facility... There are not so many stores, so we didn't have to worry too much and decided right away! Ryujinmaru This restaurant serves a variety of set menus and a la carte dishes using ingredients from Tosa, Kochi Prefecture! The key ingredients are the rice cooked to order and the bonito tataki! ◾️ Okinoshima set meal: 1280 yen Freshly cooked rice, Miso soup with green leaves, Fisherman's stew, Straw-baked bonito tataki, Chicken Nanban, and pickles. The tataki was grilled to a crisp with a hint of straw aroma and a choice of savory salt or sauce! The richness of the bonito was enhanced! The chicken nanban was safe, but the presentation was a bit messy! The freshly cooked rice was delicious! The rice was also ready to be roasted, a little soft, but that's just the way I like it! It was so good that I had to add more! With all due respect, I wasn't expecting so much, but the bonito is their signature dish, and I highly recommend it! Well, I'm going to take a bath now!
