The interior of the store, which makes use of an old building, has a warmth reminiscent of the Showa era, allowing you to relax immediately. The skewers include pork, beef, and offal, with the aroma of charcoal wafting through the air. In particular, the liver grilled to a slightly rare state is tender and has no unpleasant aftertaste at all. The skewer wrapped with enoki mushrooms and beef has a perfect balance of crisp texture and the sweetness of fat. The gentle-flavored soup that comes out at the end allows you to take a comforting breath. The detailed touches, such as the glass in wooden frames and the rakugo playing in the restroom, are enjoyable, making it a wonderful place to spend time slowly with friends.
