The interior makes good use of the elevation changes, and it feels more spacious than I expected. The design of the text and illustrations is cute, and just sitting there lifts my spirits. The quiche for lunch has a crispy tart crust that pairs well with rich cheese, and the pepper adds a pleasant accent. The salad is generous, and the vinegar dressing is refreshing, allowing the flavors of the side dishes like carrots, cabbage, and burdock to come through clearly. There is also a platter of pâté de campagne, roast ham, and confit pork shoulder, which can be enjoyed until the end without getting bored, thanks to the rock salt and fresh pepper. For dessert, the chocolate terrine is rich, and I was satisfied with the matcha and ginger baked goods, as well as the Mandheling coffee.
