[Sushi Sakae] It's been a while since I've posted something here, since I've only uploaded to my stories lately. I envy those who can upload their stories frequently... LOL! I went on an expedition to Chiba 😆. I couldn't choose which pictures to upload, but I really enjoyed the following: comparison of Unton (sea urchin) from Kubaiwan and Amakusa, Tuna from Shimoda, Abalone, Shrimp, Ankimo (red bean paste), Karasumi (dried mullet roe), Hotarakasu (freshly pounded squid), and Koganeganei (yellow gold crab). I have had a lot of sushi, but it was so much fun to discover new things! Mr. Sato, you really are a pervert! I didn't intend to drink that much, but the rare sake kept coming out one after another, and before I knew it, I had drunk at least 10 different kinds. I'm looking forward to the next one!

Not Sushi Sakae, Sushi Ei reads like this @ Chiba Sushi Sakae. This is a famous restaurant representing Chiba where you can just say the name of the restaurant to a cab driver and it's ok 😊. It looks like a city sushi restaurant, but it is a high-end restaurant ✨ The selection of premium sake and the quality of the ingredients are so high that it is almost perverted. No wonder people go out of their way to come here. The tuna was amazing that day 🍣 The evolution of street sushi is here: ☺️ I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. If you want to taste the essence of long-established street-style sushi, this is the place for you @ Chiba Established over 30 years ago. The selection of sake is excellent, and you can enjoy both sake and food with plenty of time to spare. After tasting the snacks, which are carefully prepared to match the sake, you can enjoy nigiri made with seasonal ingredients. ☺️ The owner has a deep knowledge of sake and is a connoisseur himself instead of relying on liquor stores ✨Worth the trip 😆👍🍶. 🍣🍣🍶.

Sushi Ei🍣 in December Definitely come here in winter! I will come here to eat Kabako crab 😚💖💖. The albacore is so turtlenecked I can't scoop well 🤣💓 The owner was very busy that day He looked very busy 😂. Too bad I couldn't eat what I wanted to 😭😭 #🍣 #🦀
