This is a small teppanyaki restaurant located at the entrance of a residential area a short walk from the station. The seating is well-balanced with tatami rooms, tables, and a counter, creating a calm atmosphere. The okonomiyaki, made with fluffy batter mixed generously with shrimp, squid, and octopus, has a strong dashi aroma that makes you crave rice. The negiyaki, which wraps green onions in a batter with plenty of yam and is steamed and grilled, has a melting texture that is addictive. The kitsune udon, featuring a bonito-based dashi, pairs perfectly with the soft yet firm noodles. In this homely space, you can hear the friendly conversations between the owner and regular customers, which naturally brings a smile to your face.
