This is a restaurant that values the flavors of the seasons. The moment the aroma of the soup spreads is irresistible. In autumn, mushrooms and ginkgo are very delicious, and in winter, the lily bulb dumplings are also excellent. The dishes with bamboo shoots and the young bamboo shoots, as well as the crab dumplings, left a lasting impression. The flavorful broth ties everything together and pairs well with sake. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is pleasantly lively, and I quickly finished the assorted dishes and steamed rice.
