The interior of the restaurant is warm and very comfortable. The dishes that come out highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, and each one is genuinely delicious. The carrot mousse and consomme jelly, as well as the sunchoke potage, left a strong impression. The pan-seared sea bream and duck confit also have a wonderful aroma and enjoyable texture. Pairing wine with olives and bread creates a sophisticated atmosphere. The service is warm, and the explanations of the dishes are thorough, allowing for a relaxed experience.
