We recommend the Amanogawa set of kizami soba and thin udon noodle colander with tempura. The kizami is plump and soaks up the broth. The soba, green onions, deep-fried tempura, and dashi broth intertwine perfectly. The flavor of the dashi broth, the skill in cooking, and the excellent customer service are impressive and will make you want to visit this restaurant again.
