At the newly opened bistro, you can relax and take your time without feeling stiff. The interior has an elegant and stylish atmosphere, and the service is proper. The course allows you to choose your preferred appetizer and fish or meat dishes, so you can assemble your meal freely. The first dish served was a plate of grilled sea snail with herb butter, which had a wonderful aroma and paired perfectly with bread. The appetizer of Ise tuna tartare and homemade smoked salmon trout was also impressive, and the variety of flavors was enjoyable. For the main course, you can choose from poached fish from Mie, abalone, and black wagyu beef, and I was satisfied with the dessert of fruit tart and canelé.
